Refund Policy

At Telegram Panel, we strive to provide the highest quality marketing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before topping up your wallet or placing an order.
1. Wallet Deposits
- Funds added to your Telegram Panel wallet are intended solely for the purchase of services on our platform.
- All deposits are final. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be refunded to your bank account, credit card, or any other external payment method. You must use the balance for orders within the panel.
2. Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds for orders are only processed if the service fails to deliver or if a cancellation is requested before the order status changes to "In Progress" or "Processing."
- If an order is partially delivered, the cost of the undelivered portion will be automatically refunded to your Telegram Panel wallet.
3. Ineligible Orders
- Incorrect Details: Orders placed with incorrect links, usernames, or for private accounts are not eligible for a refund. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the channel is set to "Public" before ordering.
- Order Overlap: Do not place multiple orders for the same link from different providers simultaneously. This causes tracking errors and will not be refunded.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
- By using our services, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
- Filing a dispute without first contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or views delivered to your account.
5. Service Guarantee
- We do not guarantee a 100% retention rate for all services. If a service is marked as "Refill," you can request a refill within the specified warranty period if drops occur.
